SUMMARY:Cooking for Au Pairs
DESCRIPTION:This class will teach you the basics of working in a kitchen\, including sanitation\, menu planning\, shopping list with a trip to the market where you will further learn about produce and protein selection. You will also learn knife skills and how to meal plan for the week and cook ahead.  You will learn to cook with Latin flavors\, how to make party type food as well as progressive Italian food.
