Consent to Photograph or Record Electronically

It is understood and agreed that Classroom Au Pair can make and copyright text, photographs, audio and/or video recordings of my image and voice, completed/non-completed coursework, photographs submitted as assignments, or as challenges in our WhatsApp groups, created for the course as part of Classroom Au Pair’s educational and related purposes.

Classroom Au Pair can use, produce, modify, distribute, and disseminate such materials and projects in any form, manner, or mode of electronic transmission for educational or related purposes.

I allow the use of images of myself, completed/non-completed coursework, photographs submitted as assignments, or art created for the course for the following purposes: advertising, promotion, marketing, social media, branding or reference service.

I agree that I will receive no money or consideration of any kind for usage of images or video from Classroom Au Pair and partners related to this consent and release, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Classroom Au Pair and/or its assigns and partners.
