COURSE DESCRIPTION

While traditional marketing uses traditional media like magazines, billboards, and television, Digital Marketing uses digital media, such as social media, websites, and search engines. In today’s world, if you are pursuing a career where marketing, branding, or business is important, you must know about Digital Marketing. Running a successful business is not just about choosing the appropriate market or having a high-quality product. It’s also about using the right kind of marketing techniques in order to reach your target audience and convert them into customers.

As a business, you need to ensure that you are ahead of your competition. Your customers regularly make decisions about your company online, which means you cannot just depend on outdated marketing methods anymore. You need to look beyond and understand how you can leverage the latest Digital Marketing techniques to grow your reach.

In This Course You Will Learn:

  • How to design an effective digital strategy to use in your job, creative endeavors, or for your own personal pursuits
  • Where to find and connect with your ideal customers
  • The type of content you should post for power and influence
  • The best social media strategies and tactics to reach your goals
  • How Search Engine Optimization (SEO) converts clicks to customers
  • How to create personalized digital experiences for your customers
  • Digital marketing technologies and tools that will make everything easier
  • Web Analytics: How to tell what is working and what is not working
  • Measure Return on Investment (ROI): Get the most for your time and money

You will be invited to join Google Classroom 2 weeks before class starts, which is the platform we use for our class. Your email has to be Google compatible, so it’s best to use gmail, outlook, hotmail or yahoo. If you do not receive a notification to join Google Classroom, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact us.

The pre-assignments will be posted on Google Classroom 2 weeks before class starts. Make sure you join Google Classroom early and complete the assignments BEFORE coming to class. It will take you approximately 9 hours to complete.

The post-assignments will be posted on Google Classroom on the weekend of class, and also consist of 9 hours. You will have 3 weeks to complete the post-assignments. You must complete them in order to receive your course completion certificate. The course completion certificate will be emailed to you, on the following Thursday, after the official class end date.
