What if feeling your best meant more than eating healthy and exercising? What if adventure, culture, nature, connection, and trying something completely new were all part of wellness?

Cruise & Calm is an immersive wellness course based in Tampa, Florida, combining interactive learning, adventure, and meaningful experiences to discover what contributes to a happy, healthy, and balanced life.

Through engaging workshops, hands-on activities, and experiences throughout Tampa, you’ll explore how movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, social connection, and time in nature influence your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Rather than simply learning about wellness, you’ll experience it in action—exploring new places, connecting with fellow au pairs, stepping outside your comfort zone, and discovering practical ways to bring more balance and happiness into everyday life.

After Tampa, you have a chance to continue your journey aboard a Caribbean cruise to Mexico, where unforgettable cultural experiences and natural wonders bring a whole new dimension to wellness.

In Progreso, travel to Chichén Itzá, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, and discover the fascinating history and traditions of the ancient Maya civilization.

In Cozumel, venture to mainland Mexico for an unforgettable swim in a crystal-clear cenote, surrounded by extraordinary natural beauty.

Whether you’re resetting in Florida or continuing your adventure in Mexico, you’ll discover how exploring the world, embracing new experiences, and connecting with others can enrich your well-being. Because sometimes wellness looks like taking a quiet moment for yourself—and sometimes it looks like swimming in a cenote in Mexico with your new friends.
